What is Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing?

We use Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) for most of our telephone interviews for research. This tool completely eliminates the risk of an interviewer failing to ask the right questions to the right people. It also allows us to meet quotas accurately and effectively.
