Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council have commissioned PCP to carry out research amongst all types and sizes of businesses across the Borough in order to develop their business support services. Businesses were asked over the telephone about their usage and levels of satisfaction with a range of business support organisations available to them, the types of support they expected to need in the next 6-12 months and their views on future prospects for their business.
