PCP Market Research – Vacancies

We have no vacancies for permanent positions at present, however from time to time we do have a number of requirements for temporary staff. We are always happy to receive applications to join our team of interviewers and mystery shoppers for ad hoc projects. These positions would usually be based at our York offices.

We offer flexible working and training in interviewing techniques.

The sorts of positions we may be looking for are:

  • Telephone interviewers

    We have casual vacancies for telephone interviewers who can work on an ad-hoc basis due to the varying types of project we have available at the time. We cannot guarantee any particular hours but are keen to find new telephone interviewers for some up and coming projects we may have in the near future.

    All our telephone interviewers are based at our on-site call centre in York. Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and a pleasant telephone manner are essential for these roles which involve direct contact with the general public and businesses.

  • Field Auditors/Interviewers

    We have no vacancies for field auditors/interviewers at present.

    Our field auditors are required to undertake work involving collection of data based on observations in the field. This is often store-based work but can also be at a variety of other locations. Experience is preferred but full training will be given.

    Field interviewers are sometimes required on a temporary basis for ad hoc projects. These positions would usually report to one of our supervisors responsible for fieldwork in a particular part of the country.

  • Mystery shoppers

    We have no vacancies for mystery shoppers at present.

    Our mystery shoppers undertake either telephone based work in our dedicated mystery shopping booths at our offices in York or field-based work at a variety of locations. All mystery shoppers are given training and thorough briefing before any project.
