Laura Cooper
Interview Supervisor
Laura Cooper was appointed telephone interviewing supervisor in 2007 and is responsible for all aspects of the work of an interviewing team using a dedicated 12-unit call centre.
She is responsible for ensuring that the right amount of resource is available to meet the short-term workload and that all members of the team are trained in telephone interviewing before starting work and briefed on the specific project before the start of work. She carries out continuous assessment of the performance of each interviewer and the team as a whole.
