PCP Ltd is a Market Research Society Company Partner. All MRS Company Partners and their employees agree to adhere to the MRS Code of Conduct and MRS Company Partner Quality Commitment whilst undertaking research. As a Company Partner we support the Society’s brand values of professionalism, excellence and effectiveness.

In addition to our status as a Company Partner, our managing Director Peter Pickersgill has been a full member of the Market Research Society for over 30 years.

Before the introduction of the Company Partner scheme, PCP had been a founder member of the British Market Research Association (BMRA). We remained a member throughout the existence of the BMRA: it merged with the Market Research Society in 2006.

PCP is registered under the Data Protection Act.

We have established procedures which are followed on all projects to ensure that our work is carried out to the highest possible standard. These include:

• Thorough briefing of all interviewers.

• Thorough briefing of mystery shoppers at the start of a project. In the great majority of cases, the briefing is conducted face-to-face, often with the client present.

• Check-backs on the quality of the work of interviewers.

• Accuracy checks on the work of all data processors.

A dedicated project manager is appointed to lead every new project and ensure continuity from briefing through to results presentation. The project manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, while our Managing Director, Peter Pickersgill oversees all projects to ensure work meets the high standards of quality we are committed to delivering for our clients.
