PCP is an award-winning full-service market research agency and consultancy. The company is growing fast and turnover has more than doubled in real terms over the last 5 years. Despite this increase in size, we have nevertheless attempted to ensure that we retain all the characteristics of a small agency and maintain close working relationships with all our clients.

Our professional standards are guaranteed by our status as a Company Partner of the Market Research Society, and by the Managing Director’s full membership of the Society. We are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Our work covers both the public and private sector and includes both large-scale continuous and ad hoc projects. We offer a full range of services including qualitative and quantitative research, mystery shopping, statistical analysis/ modelling and many others.

Managing Director, Peter PickersgillAll PCP work is personally directed by our Managing Director, Peter Pickersgill. He has over 30 years experience in market research and has acted as both buyer and supplier. He is a former winner of the Market Research Society's Special Award for Research Effectiveness for a paper given at their annual conference.

The team includes four Research Executives, an Interviewing Supervisor and a team of Interviewers. Data processors are brought in as required to meet the needs of our clients. Our facilities include a dedicated 12 bay CATI telephone interviewing facility.

We are equally motivated by the challenge of managing large scale projects and by the opportunity to demonstrate to companies with no previous marketing experience how research techniques can be applied successfully to their business.
